以前见过信贷管理管理软件，对贷款的发放、收回、结息、催收等日常帐务处理十分方便、好用，在时效管理上有独到的优势。,还新增了时效提醒、贷款到期提醒和贷款第一次跟踪调查提醒以及贷款分段计算利息等功能，软件虽小，功能可不小哟。特别适合信用社和基层营业所使用,是信贷工作者的得力助手，是信贷管理者的贴心秘书。
而本次介绍的是在线的信贷管理工具——check credit。
大家知道，最近好像出来一个比较新的名词——国家破产。
由于全球经济低迷不振，发展中国家的债务问题日趋严重，因不能按时偿还债务的国家正在不断增加。全球著名的信用评级公司标准普尔发表报告指出，全球共有6个国家在今年头三个季度里不能按时偿还到期的债务，处于“破产”状态，从而使全球无力偿还债务的国家总数达到了28个。新增加的6个国家是阿根廷、加蓬、印尼、马达加斯加、摩尔多瓦和瑙鲁，总共欠债达1330亿美元，几乎要比去年同期的740亿美元翻了一番。此次主权债务不履行率的报告是在世界银行和国际货币基金组织的年会之前公布的。2002年9月28日，这两个机构在华盛顿召开会议，重要议题之一就是改革债务偿还的机制。
破产，如同一场恶梦，与企业如影随行，那些资不抵债者最终会在《破产法》的框架内或者拍卖变现或者资产重组以获新生，而旧有商号如一块随风飘摇的破布很快在人们的记忆中消失的无影无踪。但是，也有一些企业却能在濒临绝境时，命运大逆转，以收归国有的代价得以继续存继于世，正在持续发酵中的美国次贷危机及其引发的全球金融危机中，有不少金融机构出于维护市场信心及稳定局势需要被收归国有。国家成了这场几十年来不遇的金融灾难面前唯一的最后的靠山。但是，银行破产可以选择收归国有，但是如果“国家破产”了，又该收归谁有？
国家债务危机之所以复杂就是因为它没有与之相适应的法律程序，国家与公司的不同之处在于国家无法寻求破产法庭的保护，这样，国内破产法中诸如公正的法官、起诉保护以及在债权人有异议的情况下强制进行非破产重组等条款在国家借款人破产的情况下都不存在了。制度改革者面临的两难困境就是既要把这个国际金融体系中的漏洞补上，又不能把新兴市场上的投资者全都吓跑。

There are endless cases where frauds and scams have lead to debtors going bankrupt. Mostly the causes for these are the lenders or the debt consolidation companies. They manipulate the debts repaid by the debtors and claim that they have not been paid for the same. Even the non accredited debt consolidation companies suggest high interest options like refinancing which can be an additional financial burden for the debtor. Besides these there are frauds where the lenders do not inform the credit reporting bureaus about the debts cleared by debtors. As a result the credit reports continue to reflect poor credit repayment histories.
One of the best ways of checking your credit is through the free reports provided by the main credit reporting bureaus. It is best to apply for different time spans for receiving these reports. This will eliminate the risks of errors and enable you to get more frequent reports. There are also various online options for checking your credit scores or reports. Many sites provide this information for free or with charge a minimal amount for the same. You can check your credit more often and also keep a track of your finances. These reports provide all finance related information like payment history, bills and dues, late fines and penalties and other related options.
